Personality
Tsukie is very sweet, and somewhat flirty. She is also very sensitive and caring, she was always bringing home sick animals to treat and take care of. Tsukie was carefully looked after and well taken care of by her mother, she grew up alone after her mother's death, so has a little bit of a lonely vibe to her. She can often be seen lost in thought or peoplewatching. Although she doesn't have particularly good ninjutsuu, she is rigorous in her training and without her mother, she often pushes herself a bit too hard, trying to discover her own unique technique. Tsukie is a little eccentric, but easy to get along with.
Appearance
Graced with beauty, Tsukie would always be considered more developed when compared to her peers. She has a full chest and a lovely curve accenting her middle. Her slender limbs giver her a limber appearance, she is, quite frankly, a becoming young ninja.

History
Tsukie was born in Konoha in 1990, she got along fine with her mother. She never had a father figure so was often insecure, and desperate for attention from the opposite sex. She often watched other children play and yearned to join them, but was always too timid to approach them. Unfortunately, she never gained friends and was alone throughout ninja training. Soon after her mother's death, she was assigned to a team with Daioku Umino(Iruka's son) and Ryuzo Shuensha. They were pretty successful. Then the Chuunin Exams came.
In the Chuunin Exams, Tsukie was to fight a boy named Chidori, a survivor of the Uchiha clan.(he had been absent as the slaughter of the clan occured.) But he was injured badly and could not fight her. So she went up against a girl named Suzume and was defeated by her special technique: Kuragari no Jutsuu, which blinded Tsukie for a full twenty-four hours after the match.
Frustrated by loss, Tsukie began training every day, hoping to improve her techniques and gain a special one of her own. Naruto dropped in every once in a while, for he has to take care of her to some extent, and makes sure she is alright and not pushing herself too hard. Now her goal is to find someone to share her bottled up emotions with. She is weary of giving and never receiving .
Weapons
She tends to use alot of Shurikan, and hand-to-hand combat.
Attacks
Spiral Thrust:
Tsukie was taught some points of the Hyuuga style and using her palms for attack to deliver strong blows. She can twist and throw her fist into the opponet's shoulder, then mid-section, then heart in under five seconds.
Role Play Sample:
Tsukie sighed, watching the children as they celebrated, despite the dreary weather. "I remember." she murmured, noticing as one of them, a brown-haired boy, proudly brandished a shiny Konoha headband. They had just become genin, their parents were congratulating them and such, offering them rewards and taking pictures.
The young girl watched in bitter amusement, she wanted to be happy for them, but her accomplishments always went unnoticed because of the fact that she was an orphan, and left out.
She sighed and walked from the shadows of the trees, Tsukie didn't want to be unhappy, she yearned for a reason to lighten up and celebrate with every one else and be merry. But the only consolation she could possibly have was the warm bed at home on this cold, windy day.
